About Us
Hi! We are Marilyn and Bo, owners of Med Threads. We started this company in December, 2022, after Marilyn retired from 32 years in the radiology profession. We saw the need for a local medical scrub store to serve the medical community here in Troy as well as surrounding communities. This is a small business in the town of Troy, Alabama, and our desire is to provide quality, name-brand scrubs, shoes, and medical accessories at reasonable prices to alleviate the need to travel out of town.

*All TRMC employees who are payroll deducting MUST have their TRMC I.D. at each point of sale.
*If ordering through our website, employees MUST come in the store with their badge to pick up and sign for merchandise.

Shipping and Returns Policy
Payment, shipping, and returns
For in-store items, please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped
For items ordered from the supplier, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Note that all prices on our site are listed in USD.
Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, dry cleaned, damaged, soiled, personalized or monogrammed CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise in its original condition, with tags, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the manner in which the merchandise was sold.
Special orders not paid for must be picked up within 30 days of notification or merchandise will be returned to stock.
We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges.
